JT Grup Oil SA. carries out fuel distribution operations in the South-East of Romania with the help of its own fleet of 11 tanks with a capacity of up to 40,000 liters, equipped with pumps and indicators to measure the quantity delivered. For fuel distribution in the northern part of the country, the company has partnerships with representatives of the business environment, long-term collaborators.
JT Grup Oil was established in 2001 in Constanța
Over the past ten years, the company has had operations in construction, real estate, tourism, leisure, waste collection, logistics and automotive service for utility vehicles, trucks, buses and trailers.

Distribution of Fuels
Since 2003, the main activity of JT Grup Oil has been fuel distribution. At that time, the company served approximately 20-30 customers by means of a tanker.
Terminal Bitumen
The company builds a bitumen terminal at Medgidia, which it sells shortly after receiving it. The amount obtained from its sale was invested in the development of the fuel distribution network.

Development of car fleet
Between 2006 and 2007, JT Grup Oil developed its car fleet by purchasing tankers and on-site stations with which they began to distribute fuels in the South-Eastern area of the country.
Network development
During 2007-2008, the company develops its fuel network and introduces over 250 tanks on the market, equipped with pumps and level indicators.

2003
JT Terminal - first phase
In 2023, JT Grup Oil expands its business line and plans to develop the first terminal for liquid petroleum products on the Black Sea.
This year, the company obtains a financing contract from non-refundable European funds through the Large Infrastructure Operational Program (POIM), through which it benefits from 11 million euros for the development of JT Terminal. The contract was concluded with the completion of the first stage of development of the terminal.
Also in 2023, JT Grup Oil entered a new product segment - excise-free diesel that serves commercial vessels (bunkerage for Constanța port and Midia port).
JT Terminal - second phase & completion
The company is developing the terminal superstructure necessary for the implementation of the project, related to the second construction phase. In parallel with the development of the terminal, it invests in technology and implements advanced inventory management and process efficiency solutions to improve performance and meet customer requirements.
In the spring of 2024, JT Grup Oil announces the listing on the stock exchange, on the AeRo market and makes available to the public for subscription, through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), a number of 10,000,000 newly issued shares, with the aim of increasing the company's share capital.
