With an extensive career in management consulting and expertise in areas such as logistics, oil, energy, infrastructure and government administration and over thirty years of management experience, Jean Paul Tucan, recognized for his communication skills and ability to work in team, occupied key roles in various companies, strategically contributing to the development of large-scale projects. Currently, Jean Tucan is the majority shareholder of JT Grup Oil, one of the most important companies on the fuel distribution market and developer of the first private terminal for liquid petroleum products on the Black Sea, JT Terminal.

With a commitment to excellence and a track record of success, Bogdan-Florin Aldea has extensive experience of over twenty years in the energy field. Graduated in economics from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Aldea has a remarkable strategic and administrative vision. In his role he excelled in various areas, from coordinating the company's commercial efforts to actively participating in financial and accounting activities. He has solid market analysis, contract negotiation and relationship management skills with stakeholders ranging from government institutions to commercial agencies. Performs the role of General Manager being involved in all development projects

With extensive experience in management and mediating the company's relations with the external environment, Alexandra Tucan has skills in promoting the company's interests in the business environment, contributing to the development and implementation of business growth and consolidation strategies. In addition to her responsibilities within JT Grup Oil, Alexandra is a Manager within Mamaia Water Sports SRL, thus demonstrating her ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.

Specialized in international relations and European studies, Andreea Dublea has been active within JT Grup OIL as a member of the Board of Directors since 2007, having 17 years of experience within the company. Until 2017, Andrea Dublea held the position of Human Resources Director, accumulating experience in recruiting, maintaining and implementing good practices at work.
