JT Grup Oil debuts on the AeRO market

JT Grup Oil, a company active in the fuel distribution market and the developer of the newest private terminal for petroleum products in Romania in the port of Constanța, debuted on August 6, on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), under the stock symbol JTG.

The listing of the company takes place after the conclusion of a public offer for the sale of shares, the third held on the AeRO market of the stock exchange, after which the company managed to attract 19.9 million lei from investors.

The anticipated capitalization of the company is 186.1 million lei JT Grup Oil, a company active in the fuel distribution market and the developer of the newest private terminal for petroleum products in Romania in the port of Constanța, debuted today, August 6, on the AeRO market of Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), under the stock symbol JTG.

Public listing offer

JT Grup Oil SA, a company active in the fuel distribution market and the developer of the newest private terminal for petroleum products in Romania in the port of Constanța, will make available to the public for subscription, through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), a number of 10,000,000 new shares issued, with a nominal value of 1 leu, as a result of the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to increase the company's share capital.

The company has already obtained from the Bucharest Stock Exchange the Agreement in principle for listing in the Multilateral Trading Network - the AeRo market, operated by BVB, the standard section, and has undertaken the steps for the approval of the Public Offer Prospectus by the ASF.
