JT Grup Oil, a major company in the energy sector, recently announced a positive development in the litigation with E-Dynamic Structures SRL, reaffirming its solid position in the industry. According to the report of March 17, 2025, the Constanța Court registered the decision of the judicial administrator of E-Dynamic Structures SRL to abandon the request to open insolvency proceedings against JT Grup Oil SA
The decision, based on the lack of basis of the request, offers JT Grup Oil the opportunity to continue its activity in a climate of stability, without legal pressures that would affect the implementation of its business objectives. Throughout the entire duration of the litigation, the Group continued its activity both in terms of the implementation of ongoing investment projects and the implementation of the share buyback program, reflecting JT Grup Oil's commitment to stability and growth.

Currently, JT Grup Oil continues its activities, focusing on the development of ongoing projects and consolidating its position on the market. With a turnover ofof 179.76 million lei, recorded in the first nine months of 2024 and listed on the AeRO market, the company maintains its long-term strategic objectives. In 2024, the company recorded a net profit of 5.89 million lei, marking an increase of 69% compared to the same period of the previous year. The company's performance was driven by a 42% increase in operating profit and a 1ti% advance in fuel sales volume, from 26.4 million liters to 29.8 million liters. The policy of expanding market share and consolidating the supply process was also supported by a significant increase in inventories, recording a percentage of 21.4ti%.
The works at JT Terminal are proceeding according to the planned pace, two of the 1,000 ton tanks, along with three other 5,000 ton tanks are already completed, marking significant progress in the implementation of the project. Also, the command center is now fully furnished and equipped, being ready to manage the complex operations of the terminal. This progress underlines the constant and sustained efforts towards the completion of the terminal. Also, the security installations have been installed, and the CFR structure, the execution of the CFR and car trestle canopy, as well as the installation of the command center have been completed.
In parallel, JT Grup Oil is working on the modernization and transformation of the JT Danube barge into a floating terminal. This innovative project is designed to contribute to the efficiency of petroleum product transport and distribution services in the western part of the country, offering a modern logistics solution adapted to market requirements.

During 2024, the company made investments of over 19 million lei, the money being allocated to the completion of the development of JT Terminal, a strategic project of JT GRUP OIL. In addition, the Group continued its investment policy, also focusing on the modernization of the car fleet through the acquisition of new fuel transport trucks, which allowed an increase in stocks, due to the acceleration of the supply process.
