OFFICIAL POSITION JT GRUP OIL SA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Regarding the articles published in the press, subsequently taken over and broadcast on 02\/24\/2025 and 02\/25\/2025. In order to prevent any misinterpretations or confusion, JT Grup Oil SA categorically disclaims and rejects any association with such acts of corruption and expresses its confidence that legal proceedings will lead to the rapid clarification of this situation.<\/p>\n

In the context of the appearance of press articles regarding the investigation conducted in the Port of Constanta, JT Grup Oil SA makes the following clarifications, in order to ensure transparency and provide correct and accurate information to all interested parties.<\/p>\n

First of all, the companies JT Grup Oil SA and JT Terminal Constan\u021ba SRL are not involved and are not subject to the investigations referred to in the aforementioned press articles. The activities of these two entities continue to be carried out in full compliance and their operation is not affected by any kind of ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n

All articles published in the press refer to a natural person who holds the status of majority shareholder of the company. Thus, we would like to emphasize that this status does not in any way influence the current activity of the company, does not impact the development of investment projects, the company's development plans or operational activity. It is also important to mention that, based on the fundamental principle of the presumption of innocence, any person is considered innocent until a final and irrevocable conviction is pronounced by the competent court.
\nIn this context, we wish to assure our investors and partners that the company's activity continues normally, without any significant disruption, including with regard to the implementation of projects.
